Madrid has been selected as the venue for the Steering Committee of the competition. From November 18 to 24, 2019, the eighteen best national teams from around the world will meet in the Spanish capital.
The Davis Cup by Rakuten Madrid Finals will be held at the La Caja Mágica facilities, located in the Manzanares Linear Park.
In collaboration with the company Done and Dusted, responsible for the realization, filming and retransmission of events as memorable as the Emmy Awards, Bafta TV Awards or the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Sold Out will be responsible for the technical production, infrastructure and local coordination of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Davis Cup 2019.

On November 18, electronic music fans have an unavoidable date with Alan Walker. The Norwegian-British DJ will be responsible for kicking off at the opening ceremony offering a spectacular performance from the central court of the Magic Box next to Farruko.
That same day, after the match between Russia and Croatia, will play Stool, the group led by Willy Bárcenas.
Shakira, at the closing ceremony
Before the last match, the long-awaited concert by Colombian singer Shakira will take place with several guest artists such as Camilo and Pedro Capó.
Camilo, Latin Grammy nominated artist and a native of Medellin, Colombia, which is also Shakira’s home country, this year caused a stir all over the world with his single No Te Vayas.
